I am a Health Systems Development consultant, specialized on digital interventions for low-income and transitional countries.
My focus is on supporting various Governments and International Development Partners, such as WHO, ILO, GIZ, ADB, EU and NGOs in Strategic decision making for digital interventions.

For 5 years, I was a permanent advisor for the National Social Security Fund in Cambodia on the design and implementation of the Public Health Insurance Scheme.
During the last 4 years, my focus was on supporting various governments in their approach towards less data fragmentation in the health sector by assessing the core digital health building blocks and conducting stock taking missions on available identification mechanisms and patient registries.
With more than two decades of experience in the area of Social Health Insurance, I am always excited to work in the fast-changing IT world and like projects which help better connecting health financing mechanisms with the health care delivery side to improve quality of care.
